## Order Cancellations  
Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at [your email address] to verify whether the order is eligible for cancellation.

## Exchanges  
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for your preferred product.

## Returns  

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:  
✔️ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.  
✔️ Items must be in resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.  

Please note:  
✔️ A $3.99 handling fee will be deducted from the final refund amount per returned item.  
✔️ Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.  
✔️ We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.  
✔️ A maximum of 10 returned items is permitted per order.  

To initiate a return, please use the "Start a Return" button below and follow the instructions. Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.  

Upon shipping the return parcel, customers are required to provide the tracking number to [your email address]. The Lee Co. is not liable for lost return shipments.  

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after the returned package has been received. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their refund has been issued.

## Shipping Policy
